五、性狀：七水物結(jié)晶為無色柱狀或針狀晶體，干燥品為白色結(jié)晶性粉末或粉末。無臭，均有咸味和苦味。易溶于水（119.8%，20℃），緩慢溶于甘油，微溶于乙醇，水溶液呈中性。
????六、用途：營養(yǎng)強(qiáng)化劑（鎂強(qiáng)化劑）、固化劑、增味劑、加工助劑。釀造用添加劑，補(bǔ)充釀造用水的鎂，作為發(fā)酵時(shí)的營養(yǎng)源，提高發(fā)酵能力,改善合成清酒的風(fēng)味（0.002%）,調(diào)整水的硬度。
七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復(fù)合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。
八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character:?Heptahydrate is?colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal. Anhydrous is white crystalline powder or powder. It’s odorless, tastes bitter and salty. It is freely?soluble in water (119.8%, 20℃) and glycerin，slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is neutral.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as nutritional fortifier (Magnesium fortifier), solidification, flavor agent，process aid and brew additive. It is used as nutritional source?to improve ferment and the taste of synthesizes saka（0.002%）. It also could?modify water hardness.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
